Billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Navigate to Settings, then click "Manage Subscription." Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the Service, email us at support@jobresumai.com within 7 days of purchase. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
Will I be charged automatically?
The 48-Hour Pass is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
Account
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from your account settings. This will permanently remove all your data, including saved resumes and cover letters. This action cannot be undone.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Sign in," then select "Forgot password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link.
Can I change the email address on my account?
Yes. Go to your account settings to update your email address. You will need to verify the new email before the change takes effect.

What file formats can I export my resume in?
You can export your resume as a PDF, which is the most widely accepted format by employers and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The AI-generated content doesn't seem right. What should I do?
AI-generated content is a starting point. You can regenerate suggestions, edit the text directly, or adjust your input for better results. Make sure your job description and experience details are specific for the best output.
